Lakeside Organic Gardens, LLC held the ceremonial groundbreaking on their new facilities at 25 Sakata Lane, Watsonville, CA on Tuesday, September 6, 2016.
All the proper permits are in hand and construction can now commence on the new state-of-the-art campus. The first phase of the Lakeside construction will be a cooling and shipping facility, which will house sales offices as well. The additional phases will include administration offices and the headquarters for the Dick Peixoto Family of Companies which consists of Lakeside Organic Gardens, LLC, Pajaro Valley Laser Leveling and Pajaro Valley Irrigation.
The Sakata Lane address is a recently purchased property by Lakeside Organic Gardens, the first major land purchase since our start in 1996.
