Today, we grow on around 50 different ranches/farms in the Pajaro Valley on the Central Coast; and in order to keep a steady supply for our customers through the winter, we grow in the Imperial Valley in Southern California. With years of experience and a strong understanding of our area, we’re able to utilize the microclimates in our valleys to grow crops that normally wouldn’t do well. Instead of attempting to farm a single crop on several hundred acres, we spread out and grow on several smaller parcels/gardens – hence the name “Lakeside Organic Gardens”.
